informed us on April 29, 2015, that its share of the voting rights in
Leifheit AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on April 27,
2015 and on this date amounted to 4.50% (this corresponds to 225,000 voting
rights). The entire voting rights are attributable to Capital Research and
Management Company pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG,
including the voting rights of the following shareholder holding directly
3% of the voting rights or more: Capital Income Builder.

exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on April 27, 2015 and on
