Correction of the annoncement of May 04, 2010 03:18 pm: 

On May 03, 2010, OP-Fund Management Company Ltd, Helsinki, Finland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Leifheit AG, Nassau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006464506,
WKN: 646450, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April
16, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.71% (this corresponds to 135382
Voting Rights).

On May 03, 2010, OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative, Helsinki, Finland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Leifheit AG, Nassau, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006464506, WKN: 646450, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on April 16, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.71% (this
corresponds to 135382 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.71% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 135382 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from OP-Fund
Management Company Ltd, Helsinki, Finland.
