Dr. Claus-Otto Zacharias (59) will continue to remain as CFO; Zacharias has been acting chair alone since the departure of Georg Thaller in May 2013. In addition to his role as chair, Radke will also be responsible for Marketing, R & D and Sales. Mr Radke has been a member of the Board of Management of Herlitz AG since 2011, and since this year also a member of the Board of Directors of Pelikan Holding AG. His previous managerial roles include positions in general management, marketing and sales at Carl Zeiss Vision in Aalen, Procter & Gamble/Wella in Geneva and Darmstadt, at Effem/Mars in Verden and at Henkel KGaA in Barcelona, Tianjin and Düsseldorf. In his career to date, Radke has gained a good reputation as an expert with an in-depth knowledge of branded consumer goods.
